This particular posting gives you the Daniel Craig Exercise routine, that is the work out this top actor used to get ready himself for the role in Casino Royale.

The Daniel Craig Work out:

Day 1

Upper Body, Chest muscles: Incline dumbbell press, Flat barbell bench press, Pec dec fly

Shoulders: Dumbbell lateral raise, Reverse pec dec fly

Tweak: I’d actually do legs on Day 1, and then chest & shoulders for Day two (Day 3 is off) and biceps and triceps & upper back on Day 4. As far as chest muscles, I would personally perform a dumbbell fly, other wise it’s All right.

Day 2

Arms, Biceps: Barbell bicep curl, Dumbbell hammer curl

Triceps: Lying tricep extension (skullcrushers), Dumbbell tricep kickback, Tricep Rope pressdown

Fine-tune: You could start to put in a third biceps exercise, just like say EZ Curls, making tri-set from it? It’s the same regarding triceps. It could possibly look and feel like this:

A1:Dumbbell hammer curl

A2:Barbell bicep curl

A3:EZ Curls

B1:Lying tricep extension

B2:Tricep Rope pressdown

B3:Dumbbell tricep kickback (they make fun of this exercise, however it’s ok as a body builder).

And did you see? 007 forgot his upper back! Better to start the whole thing off with a few Pull-Ups and Dumbbell/Barbell Rows, next do the arms there after.

Day 3

Legs and Abs: Dumbbell lunges, Leg extensions, Lying down hamstring curl, Standing cable glute pull superset with abductor device, Hanging leg raises/oblique cable twist superset, Standing cable oblique twist

Modification: Like I said, I’d do legs first within the week, subsequently follow with all the easier stuff. With regards to the leg extensions, I’d exchange that with leg press towards the end, as a finisher.

And I’d dump all the twisting this and that’s and certainly leave out the abductor device and all this jive.

Have Fun!
